"I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for the excellent job you and your team have done on landscaping the front of my property. The standard of your work is one thing that's need congratulating, but it was the courtesy and consideration displayed by your work force that prevented the whole inconvenience of not having a drive and having buildings materials in my garden less painful.
Not once was I disappointed when I arrived home, the public pathway was swept and clear of any material each evening and I was surprised such a sizeable job could be achieved in the time scale it did with very little disruption.
